Anal Leakage

I have seen 2 doctors one said i had colitis one said i didnt i am confused and need help. Lately i have been having clean liquid leaking from my anus and sever pain in my anus and pelvic/vaginal area. The pains continue to get worse and i feel lost and need some help and advice. I hate going to the doctors and need some opinions on this topic. If any one has any comments or anything to help please feel free i am a female and am 20 years old. I have had this problem for years and i also do not pass a bowel everyday. Also the pain is gets so bad i cannot ist i have to lie on my stomac ut that also cause me pain in my vaginal/pelvic area is this normal?

Hi,
Only by examining you a definite opinion can be given.
If the pain is transient in the pelvic area it could be protalgia fugax which can be treated with muscle relaxants and biofeedback techniques.
Discharge from the anal area could be from fistula, hemorrhoids or colitis.
