It seems every day lately I experience anal leakage, clear or slightly yellow which stains my shorts.  It is bothersome.  I also have anal itching regularly.  Should I see a doctor?

Hi atlanta1,

Anal leakage indicates that your  anal sphincter is not good or you have some problem in the anal canal/ rectum or you have some sytemic problem causing this leak.

You have to consult a doctor for complete evaluation.
