Anal leakage

by B26, Nov 09, 2009 12:46PM
I have anal leakage and it really is starting to bother me. Sometimes it is worse than other times but usually consistant. I am 27 years old and live in south vietnam where it is hot and humid everyday. I don't want to wear any pad or anything. Is there something I can do? Something I can eat that will help? I am a little embarrased to see a doctor.

Hi,
Examination of the anal region and anoproctoscopy is important to rule out anal fistula.
Sometimes constipation, fecal impaction and seepage can occur.
I suggest that you consult your GI doctor for complete evaluation.
