Anal leakage

Have had some anal leakage for many years. About a year ago it became more regular and some, not too often, itching. As best can see there seems to be renews and almost blister looking at the opening. Any thoughts.  I don't participate in anal sex but worry about any kind of STD.

It could be anal sphicter related or due to fistula.
Anoproctoscopy and manometry may be done for evaluation.
