Anal pain
I have been having this pain in my anus while defecating (a thorny sensation), then it continues with a slight burning sensation. Its been 4 days now. Prior to this, I was given antibiotics for my fever with the side effect of loose bowel movement. What could be the reason of my pain and burn? Please help me.

Hi,
Pain in the anus while defecating could be due to a fissure. Anoscopy would be helpful  in diagnosing it.
