Bleeding during Defaecation

I have been suffering in bleeding from Anal, when i go to washroom and sit to Defaecate, it starts bleeding,
Now i feel weakness, Please suggest good advice and medicine for me, I have no constipation or diarrhea

Bleeding during defecation could be due to hemorrhoids, fissure, polyps, IBD or malignancy.
Have a proctosigmoidoscopy done evluation.
Your weakness could be due to low hemoglobin levels which could have resulted from  bleeding during defecation for a considerable period of time.
Take iron supplements to increase the hemoglobin levels and treat the cause of bleeding after having proctosigmoidoscopy test done.
