Bowel Movement to Wide Please help!

Ok I have been tyring to have a bowl movement for the past 3 days, but it is too wide to come out! I have just taken a stool softner/laxative praying that would work but it only made it worse! I have really bad cramps like it needs to come out but Its not buging! I am in so much pain and I don't think that area down there can take any more pushing I can barley sit down because it hurts so bad. SOMEONE HELP PLEASE

Hi,
High fiber diet and plenty of fluids help in relieving constipation.
If you do not get relief, a good osmotic laxative might be helpful.
Sometimes the dose of osmotic laxative has to be increased to get good results.
Consult your doctor for the prescription.
