It is difficult to say whether it is related to Crohn's disease.
Vomiting that occurs after a few hours after taking food and which contains undigested food could indicate obstruction of the gastric outlet or the upper small intestine. Crohn's can cause narrowing of the gut and obstruction.
If it is persisting get yourself examined by your doctor.

I had another question, I get nausea most if not all mornings, normally before or following a bowel movement that is no problems (well at least I am aware of it and used to it).

What I find has been happening sometimes, is I eat a meal at varying times (7pm - 9pm) and in the mornings when I get up, sometimes i get nausea and vomiting with undigested foods.

It has happened 6 - 7 times now, not in a row and quite intermittently but is that something relating to Crohns / UC or is it something unrelated?

Hi,
You cant have both.
Indeterminate colitis is diagnosed when the tests done and the symptoms do not fit in to either Crohn's or UC.
But over a period of time it slowly evolves in to one of these two.
In my experience I have seen the indeterminate colitis evolving more in to CD than UC.
Vitamin B12 is absorbed in the terminal ileum. CD most commonly affects the terminal ileum. Since you have Vitamin B12 malabsorption, it is more likely that you have Crohn's disease ( provided all other causes of Vit B12 malbsorption are ruled out).
