Colitis Cause and treatment

by hpesc, May 15, 2008 09:45PM
T he reason for colitis is when youre sitting still to much. Treatment that helped me in only one day from having blood in my defecation almost every day to having nothing at all is; after every meal do 10-15 pushups and 20-30 situps (I even do about 60 situps now). If I drink water without any food I take it as a meal and do the pushups and situps afterward. Now I eat chips, candy and icecream almost every day and whatever I want to eat without any blod anymore. Sometimes I eat so much it fells like my stomach almost bursts but without any blod. It would be good if anybody else also tried this treatment and se if it worked for them. (I have never had surgery before for colitis and now I will never need to). I do not use any medications.

I also told one of my customer who had the same problem and he also has no more blood.

Peter

Hi Peter,
There are many causes of colitis.
Exercises for ulcerative colitis will relieve stress and may be helpful in reducing the flare ups.
But exercise alone is not enough to control the symptoms.

Hi!
Even though one live an active life you still can sit still to much for example on your school desk, in front of the computer, in front of the TV and in the car. The cause of colitis is for sure sitting still to much. I believe that maybe the exact opposite of sitting still might be the situps.
I told one of my customers about the treatment with situps and it worked for him too. I met this customer after a few months and he said that as soon as he cheats and stops with this treatment 3 ore 4 days the blood comes back. And if he he startes againg it dissapears directly. This shows that this treatment is perfect.
Also now when I'm eating whatever I want I gain in strengh and so does my body. Food is not the cause of colitis where som food can worsen and some food can lighten the wound on the colon and avoidin some food only weakens you and makes you often worse.
I put my treatment ad on another forum and a doctor replied that he is not convinced of this method but that he sees no reason not to try it. Good said.
As for me I'm fine now and I havent felt this strong in about 10 years.

KINDLY
Peter
