Colitis/Esophagitis/Gastritis/AcidReflux/Hiatal Hernia

My question is,  Is there any over the counter medicines or remedies that can help me with my nervous colitis, acid reflux, esophagitis, and Gastritis?  Im a 38 year old woman who was diagnosed with the above problems when I was 25 in El Salvador.  In El Salvador the government doctors are not much help.  Now in California Im not getting much help from the free clinic, and cant afford better doctors.  I've been told to eat fiber and yogurt for my colon (not much help) and  Ranitidine tablets for Gastritus (not helping).  I found from the internet the Virgin Siberian pine nut oil does help my gastritus, but because its oil MAYBE it is hurting my colitis.  #2  What foods should be good for the above problems, and what foods are bad.  ( i heard there was a certain type of apple that could help acid reflux, but cant find the specific type of apply on the internet.  Im having pain frequently,  PLEASE ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED........THANK YOU

PPIs are available over the counter for the treatment of reflux esophagitis and gastritis.

For nervous colitis/ IBS, a few Complementary and Alternative Medicine Therapies are available which are proved to have limited success only. Some of them are psyllium, peppermint oil, Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, ayurveda. Some of them may cause serious side effects. Discuss with your doctor before trying them.
