Crohn's Disease

If someone fits the discription of a person with Crohn's Disease but, when they take something like Fibercon it constipates them for 2 weeks.....what might be the problem?  And they suffer from hemroids.

One of the complications of Crohn's disease is stricture formation in which there is narrowing of the lumen of the intestine causing partial obstruction. Strictures may cause constipation and fiber supplements in these patients worsen constipation. Hence fiber supplements should be avoided in patients with Crohn's disease complicated by stricture formation.
