Duodenumitis

I was diagnosed with gastritis and duodenumitis and they said that i am on the verge of getting ulcers i want to know if i would have to get the gastro bypass to control it? There is alot of pain in my stomach and when i eat it feels like i ate nails instead of food.

Hi,
The common causes of duodenitis and gastritis are NSAID ( painkiller) intake and H.pylori infection.
So avoid NSAID.
Get tested for H.pylori infection and if found positive, treat the infection.
For relief of symptoms take PPI.
