Gallbladder pain after having it out

I had my gallbladder out laproscopically two months ago. I haven't had any problems with it. I have only recently been having heartburn and pain in my RUQ.  The pain feels like a gallbladder attack.  What should I do and is there anything that can be done?  I have had an ERCP in the past but got such bad pancreatitis last time that I can't ever have that done again.  Is there any help?

Many patients continue to have pain after gallbladder surgery. This is part of postcholecystectomy syndrome. One of the commnon causes is stone in the commonbile duct. Ultrasound scan may be helpful to diagnose it. The other causes include sphincter of Oddi dysfunction and functional disorders. Treatment depends on the cause.
