Just Curious???

I have had colitis for 3 1/2 yrs. I take asacol daily and iron pills and I was wondering if colitis or my medication could have an affect on a pregnancy? The reason I ask because I have recently had two miscarriages in a year and the Dr. has no idea why?

Asacol is safe during pregnancy.
Active colitis may get worsened during pregnancy and may or may not interfere with pregnancy.
If colitis is under control at the beginning of pregnancy  it will neither get worsened nor have any influence on pregnancy.
