Leaky Stool Pain in Side and Back

by FLAgirl1875, Jul 02, 2009 03:46PM
I have been having a progressive problem with leaky stool and pain in my right side.  Now I am having bouts of feeling like I need to pass gas but when I do it's an explosion of dark watery stool.  What could be the cause?

Hi,
The first two possibilities are infection and malabsorption.
A stool test may be done for evaluation.
