Left Abdominal Pain

I am a 47 y/o hispanic male with acute upper left abd pain x's 1 day.  No F/C/S No N/V have 3 yr hx of type 2 diabetis controlled.  Pain is like a pressure and abd is tender to the touch.  Had appendix already taken out.  Please asssit

6. Any night time pain disturbing sleep

Pain is dull but more tender to touch.  It's somewhat consistent and nothing right now making it worse.  Food intake has no affect and I have placed heat for some comfort.  It doesn't disurb my sleep but know it's there if I toss or turn.  No pain in bowel movement
