Right side abdominal pain

i have a right side abdominal pain for 2days and i'm in the road it takes 3 more days to get hometown i have a kidney stone problem 20years a go and i surgery with lazier i feel good some times my urine color change and i did test dr. said is ok your kidneys making stone but very little and it goes by it self that's reason urine color change what should do is it emergency? 3 days a go i saw blood from rectum and this is second time first time i did test dr. said nothing to worry please help me do you thing what causes my pain?

Hi,
Rectal bleeding could be due to hemorrhoids, fissure, polyps, diverticulosis, IBD or malignancy. Sigmoidscopy may be done for evaluation.
Take plenty of fluids and high fiber diet which will be helpful in most of the above mentioned conditions.
