Something's Wrong with Me

For the past six months (its been happening longer just more and more recently) it has been painful when I eat. It is as if my body cant digest anything. I will eat but it hurts my insides (best way to put it). I wont go number two for a few days and when I do it is diahrrea. My stomach (the actual stomach) cramps up and really hurts. My intestines get all gassy and bloaty and cramp really bad. I dont know what to eat. I feel sick all the time. I know there is something wrong with me. Today when my gut started cramping and I got sick feeling, I went to the bathroom and blood came out of my rectal area. Do I have colitis or something? I have no I dea what is wrong. Should I start probiotics and see what happens from there?

Altered bowel habits, abdominal pain and rectal bleeding needs medical attention at the earliest.
The best thing to do is to consult a gastroenterologist for colonoscopy.  
He may even order for a CT scan of the abdomen.
