Un-digested food

Ive noticed that my stool has ALOT undigested food in. my food is totally formed.
Has alot other symptoms aswell

Weight loss
lose stools
narrow stools
always tired
blood in stools
constant ab pain,  and over the liver and back area pain
joint pain

any ideas what this is ???
ive had a few tests so far

SIgmoidoscopy
barium meal
barium enema
camera down throat
chest x ray
ab xray
full ab ultrasound
blood tests
all normalll??

does this sound like cancer or Inflammatory bowel disease????????

all tests were fine aprt from a little inflamation (inflammation) on the sigmoidoscopy. they found hyutus hernia small one on camera down throat, aprt from that all normal  , what do you think doctor, and thanks for ur reply

Malabsorption syndrome is a possibility.
Small bowel biopsy may be done for evaluation.

I was stupid enough in january this year, with me doing alot of weights a tried a 3 month course of Human growth hormons, i took 5iu per day for 5 days tehn 2 days off and did this for 3 months. it was injected into the fat of my stomach.

I no this was very stupid and wont b doing it again EVER. BUT CAN THIS CAUSE Malabsorption syndrome  to happen or a cancer??
