Hi,
She is having dyspetic symptoms. Whether it is a functional one or organic can be assessed with tests like endoscopy, ultasound scan of the abdomen.
If all the tests done turn out to be normal then it is functional dyspepsia and it can be treated with PPI and prokinetics. Avoiding gas forming food items like beans, cabbage, brocolli wouldbe helpful.
The skin and ear problems can be discussed under appropriate forums.
