Vibrations and tremors

I have a vibrations and tremors around my coccix and anus. It is internally.
That vibrations is persistent.
Help me !

Hi,
These are called fasciculations. It could be due to electrolyte imbalances.
It usually happen after a time of sustained stress.
Make sure you are getting enough calcium, potassium and magnesium in your diet and then stay well hydrated.
