What is causing my rectal bleeding?
Several days ago I started to poop with blood and I don't know why.  I feel like I am very bloated, I burp a lot, feel gassy, a lot of stomach discomfort, I am constipated, except like eight days ago I had diarreah and vomitting.  I feel like going to the restroom but I can't.  I wipe my but and there is blood in the toilet paper and now I am very concerned.   I am 35 yrs and male.  Thank you!

Hi Bionico,
You need to undergo colonoscopy for evaluation of rectal bleeding.
It might be due to hemorrhoids, polyps or growth.
