Will Not poop

My daughter will be 4 in a couple of months and she is potty trained but refuses to poop on the big toilet.  I know you are not a pedetrition but a couple of time I have given her an enema.  Tryt me I wish I never did that.  I know that is the problem.  I told her it will never happen again and that I did that along time ago.  HELP
Are ther groups for this.  Do you have suggestions.  I give her plenty of fiber by the way but nothing.  She knows at night she gets a pull up.

Will Not Poop
She will only poop in her pull up and not on the toliet.
