bleeding

I felt like I had to go to the restroom, to do business( num. 2). When I first sat down it came out like diarrhea. I  flushed once. But still had to go alittle. When I wiped myself there was just blood on the tissue. My period is not here. I wiped again and no more blood came on the tissue. When I looked in the toilet it looked like pinkish water and there looked like blood clots in it. This is the first time this has happened.

Blood in stools has to be evaluated.
It could be an infection, colitis, hemorrhoids, fissures , polyps etc. There are many causes for bleeding per rectum.
A stool examination and a colonoscopy will help in the diagnosis.
