I have been noticing with every bowel movement, there is a rectangular, light yellow piece of matter about an inch long, smooth, with rounded edges and I think white on the inside. The consistency of a cooked kidney bean. It doesn't look like ANYTHING I have eaten.

It could be due to parasitic infestation ( like tape worm).

It sounds like you MIGHT have tapeworms.  They break off as they grow.  They live from food in our intestine or in other words they intake some of the calories we would get. They could be construed as a weight loss parasite.
