deeply concern

hi im deeply conerned about a problem that wont seem to go away. about a year ago i was engaged in anal intercourse, when resulted in my havein gonorhea. i was given atibiotics and and cured. but one of the symtoms (symptoms) that came an persisted was hard painful bowel movements. i was never a regular growing up, so i didn't think mush of it. now there is bleeding after hard bowel movements.  not alot but just one wipe of very light bleeding. no diarrha, and if any no bleeding. after bowel movents pain stops, there is some itching if i wipe hard to clean myself, again there is then is a burning itching, im not sure what this could mean. i went to see a doctor but was given medication that barely helped now its back? what could this be? should i be concern?

Painful bowel movements with blood in stools and hard stools could indicate anal fissure. Anoscopy may be done for confirmation.
Take high fiber diet, fiber supplements and drink plenty of fluids for relief. Sitz bath is also useful.
