dizziness upon bowel movements

by frecoll, Sep 18, 2009 01:17PM
I have diverticulitis and about an hour or 2hours before  a large bowel movement I become very dizzy, unstable in my
gait and a little nauseaus. Is this from my diverticulits? It is not always diarrhea but usually rather a large bm.
