I have epigastric pain that goes strait through to my back. the pain is constant and it hurts more when i breath in or walk. I feel a heaviness and fullness as well. Should i be concerned?

Hi,
Abdominal pain that radiates to the back could be due to pancreatitis or penetrated peptic ulcer.
Since you have heaviness and fullness also peptic ulcer is more likely.
An upper GI endoscopy and an ultrasound scan of the abdomen can be done for evaluation.
