fistula cure

I have 5 surgeries over the past 2 years for anal fistula which i'm still surffering from, I need help i'm fed up of spending lots money to these doctors and getting no cure. Is there any help out there that may work for me, PLEASE HELP!!

Hi,
It could be due to Crohn's disease.
Have tests done for Crohn's disease and if found positive then appropriate medications may be needed.
Infliximab may be needed to treat fistulizing Crohn's disease.
