in complete evacuation

dear doc,I was having difficulty in emptying my bowels from my 13 yrs of age.Now I am 42 yrs.Last five yrs I am having
very sticky,pultatious not formed stoools which are very difficult to wash away from the pan.It is so sticky and dense and washing it from the perianal area is also difficult.The hunger and apetite is good and there no history of pain abdomen or blood in the stoolsar.the dietary habits : I eat rice and curry,meat ,fish and plenty of vegetables.My skin is dry and in winter months and  it is become fish scaly.
Going and sittiing in the toilette for long time with plenty of warm water or tea is necessary for the start.still a reflex will not start.If within one strech i cannot pass the stool the reflex and defaecation stops.some times in one or two times in a week a near evacuation is done,that day i am fresh,energetic and haves good days.The days with out complete evacuation ,that day is gone with much gas formed in the stomch and flatus,tiredness and sleepy with full hard abdomen.Usually the toileete pan the beginning of defecation gas bursted out with spraying of stools,which even scatter entirely in the edges of pan.No hiistory of GERD,gastritis etc.Years it is affecting me and the use of luxatives are of no  help,i used it only for countable times in all this perod.I drink too much water also ,stilI  the stools are sticky.I want smooth stools with clear evacuation. pls answer.
