im having nausea for more then a year and sometimes even while im sitting i get a instant head spin for a min n ever thing comes all right .also have a continous mild headache for the same period.i got myself checked for heart ,blood pressure(raised but taking medicine.doesnt help here)diabetes..dont know what is the cause.any light on this?
