liver issues

My dr called after an ultra sound to say something showed up on my liver. Now he wants bllod work and an mri. What could this be? Should I be upset? He indicated that they need to figure out what it is...could be nothing serious?

Hi,
Without the ultrasound report it is difficult to give my opinion.
Can I have the report?

No, unfortunately, I don't have those results. I'm going for blood work on Monday and I am waiting for a pre-cert for the MRI. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
Thank You!
