i had a anarisum surgery, im a 57 year old male, they  found a anarisum in main artery of the pancreus its been 5 months. ive had every test . they cant find anything wrong , but as soon as i get out of bed i have nasea sickness and dirrhea . in the afternoon it eases of some . complete lose of apettite . have to force myself to eat anything .  i used to love to eat. when in a laying position im not sick. but i used to fish,hunt stay outside constently now i just go from coach bed and bed ro coach and walk around the house some times. also low in energy. please help!
