Hi,
Sometimes even after the GB is removed individuals continue to experience pain similar to before surgery. This is called Post cholecystectomy syndrome. It could be due to stones in bile duct or sphincter of Oddi dysfunction.
Sometimes it could be due to functional diseases.
Consult your gastroenterologist for evaluation.
