pain in morning on lower left hip it feels deep like an organ

Helllo for the past two months now I wake up maybe twice a week with a weird pain that throbs and radiates deep in my left hip area i can feel it from the front and back ( it also may feel like it is related to sexual organs?)  the pain scale would be 1-10 highest pain a 7 i do get concerned for i never have felt this pain before.  i thought it was due to holding my bladder (urine) at night but this morning woke up with it again used the restroom went back to bed then woke up again with the pain.     thank you  Valenz age 28
