red spot in stool

iam 14 yrs old i saw a red small spot in my stoll what is it. should i go to the doc iam scared i don't fell that much constapation in my tummy i fell a little pain in my lower abs on the right side. ive felt it before long back. i can;t see blood spots untill i use a stick and break up the stool. what wrong with me.

It could be blood or undigested food particle. A stool examination will help to know what it is.
