I am embarrassed to say, but my fiancee gets these smelly rotten-egg smelling burps once in a while. We can't figure out what is causing this.

Hi,
Rotten egg smelling burps are due to either food staying for longer time in the stomach as in gastroparesis or due to infection ( giardiasis).
