stomach pain on right side

Hi. a couple of days ago i have start to have stomach pains only on the right side.it has got worse. my temp is 99.2 thats a little hight for me (i stay in the 98.2  97.3 range) i have noticed that the pain is also in my right arm and right side of my neck..what could be the cause of this pain and how do i treat it??

Is the pain in the upper abdomen or lower abdomen ?

also i noticed that i have had a lose of appetite. and when i do eat either i feel like im going to vomit or i get diarrhea (which is not normal for me im lucky if i had to use it once a week)

Right lower abdominal pain, fever and loose stools could be due to appendicitis ,  IBD, pelvic inflammatory disease.
