toddler with colitis

My little girl will be three in March and she just had her first colonoscopy and EDG. I was told she has an infection in her esophagus and when the doctor touched the side of her intestines that it started to bleed..he said he thought she ahd colitis but will not know until the pathologist gets the results back to him...can you look at a pic to see if it is colitis or not? I have pics from the procedure and I would like someone to look at them but I am not sure how to upload them to the forum..some one please shed some light on these pics. please.
