up and down sgpt

hi,
i am rohit. 32 years old. in nov. 2009 my sgpt was 197. in dec. 2009 my sgpt was 82. in jan 2010 my sgpt was 60. in feb 2010 my sgpt was 62. when i went to our family doctor(int feb) to lower my sgpt. he sugested me  for some other test.
the test result was:

sgpt : 62
chrostrol:175
b.sugar :84
homo : 82%
african Hepatite: -ve
ultra sound : all report normal

my weight is 76 kg.

after seeing test report he gave me some medcine. i was surprised to see my test report in march 2010. this time my sgpt was 109. i did understand why this happed after taking medcine. i donot take any type of alcohol. i eat simple food( not so fatty). i donot feel any type abnormal symptoms. is this fatty liver. does ultrasound show fatty liver.

Why were these tests done?
Fatty liver can cause raised SGPT.
Fatty liver can be diagnosed with ultrasound scan.
