College Suggestions

Could anyone suggest some really good colleges? At this school thing I went to they showed us private Christian colleges but I'm not exactly sure if I want to go to a Christian college or not. I am determined to write a book, maybe start a magazine (one of my dreams), and be a youth ministry leader. But my mom wants me to be a nurse or an engineer. My dad wants me to be a lawyer but I know I couldn't be a lawyer now. I also know I could never be a nurse because even thinking about blood or anything makes me sick and I can't sit in an office all day.

I don't think I could suggest a particular college, but I could maybe suggest what to try to look for. By looking at some of things you might want to do I would say to look for a Christian College that also has lots of other options. That way you can kinda try different sorts of things till you figure out what to do.

Another thing you want to consider is price. Some Scholarships (like mine) don't cover private universities. They also cost more.

I would suggest looking up different colleges to see what will fit you best. Most college websites have a student life section.

Ultimately you have to go to school for what you want to do. If you go to do something your parents want to do you will be miserable and college isn't just about exams and getting a degree.
