I went for my first ever medical check up last week and got the results yesterday, after reading on the internet about it Im a bit worried and dont know how to go from here.

My CEA count is 8.1 ( I am a smoker)
Here is the summary,
1) GERD, Grade B, Superficial gastritis, Chronic duodenal ulcer, Helicobacter pylor infection.
2) CEA High Value.
3) Hepatitis B surface antibody is absent.
4) Hyperlipidemia.
5) Overweight. ( by 14 kg)
6) Suspect hypertension
7) Suspect osteopenia

Please advise, Do I have cancer? etc etc.

Thanks

There is nothing in your post that indicates cancer.  CEA is not used to screen for cancer in the general population, although it is monitored as an indication of new tumor activity in patients with a history of cancer.

Do you have any symptoms that make you suspect cancer?

Do yourself a favor and stop smoking.  That is the best single thing you can do for yourself - health wise.
