Can the doctor differentiate the tumor just by looking at the colonoscopy image?

Hi, I'm a student and currently working on image processing for colonoscopy images.
I am wondering if doctor can diagnose a colon tumor/ polyp just by looking at the image.
besides, i'm looking for colon image of a early stage cancer which includes the image of benign tumor and malignant tumor for my project. So, I'm wondering where can i get the images?
