Colon Cancer at 20 years old.

Today I had a bowel movement and it was quite thin, It wasn't pencil thin, but noticiably thinner than usual. It was much flatter than normal and was really long. When I looked at it, it had a ribbon-like look. I'm really scared. I had Diarrhea last night, too.
Other things to consider:
My grandpa had colon cancer, no immediate family
I've been really gassy lately
No severe abdominal pain
What could it be?

does not mean cancer i have IBS and mines looked like that all my life, if its something new to you than you need to get it checked out , but it could be a one time thing.
