Colon cancer?

Almost a month ago i posted saying i found blood when i wiped and that lasted for 3 days then went away. Then about a week ago i saw blood again one time. Then today when i went i saw redness in my stool and it was bright red blood.  i have not gone to the doctor or told my mom about it. Most of the time when i go it hurts(sometimes a little, some times alot) and i will see just a tiny bit of blood but i just thought it was because i eat alot of high fat foods. im a girl, 18 and over weight.

Blood in the stools can be a sign of cancer. It can also be a sign of many other things (from ulcers to hemorrhoids) so YES it needs to be checked out asap, but try not to freak out until you know more.
