Colonoscopy ?
Do all polyps in the colon have to be removed?  Had procedure and was told had over 30 sissel type polyps.  So was wondering how they could take all of them out.

Yes....all polyps have the potential to become cancerous and must be removed.  A lot depends on how deep the polyps are into the colon as to how they will remove them.  I would ask your GI doctor to thoroughly explain all of this to you so you have a good understanding of what to expect.  Best wishes.
