Do i have colon cancer

i have been experencing pain for about 2 years on my right side around the colon area. The pain started as a dull ache at night time when i was lay down over time its has got worse and is now constant. I have been to the Doctors and they have tested every organ except my colon i have since lost faith in my doctors. The pain has now progressed from being just on the right side to my groin and into my thigh this pain is an ache as is my right side although the right side pain often is worse and very sever at times but pain is now always constent. I have also started experiencing shortness of breath and pain in right shoulder also im experiencing pain in my lowerback and anus area this has been happening for about 4 months now. My eating habits are on and off and the pain does not seem to be made different by eating. My bowel habits have changed from normal to on and off diarrea (diarrhea) i have not noticed blood in my stools but am still worried that i might have bowel cancer i have ordered a home screening kit to check blood in stools this should arrive soon. is there any more advise you can give to me please im getting worried and have been for some time.
