How accurate are colonoscopies?
Hi, for the past 7 months I have had thin stool with undigested food in them, and blood about twice a week.  I have had a abdominal ct scan first and a colonoscopy which both came back normal.  I am also getting tested for a whole bunch of other symtpoms like muscle twitching, muscle and bone pain, brain fog, etc.  I have had every blood test under the sun, as well as a chest x ray, emg, ekg, brain ct, etc.  I am now usually nausious with queasy stomach.  I was wondering how accurate colonscopies are, and if both the ct and colonoscopy could have missed something. dr's are perplexed by all of my symptoms and are thinking a lingering virus, or maybe lymes. thanks so much
