I am scared i have cancer

Hi i 26 and i just got done a year lone rehab center. since quiting drugs i have had thin stool for about 6 months and have had black stool 3 times. I dont have black stool anymore and i've been to the doctor he has done blood work and urine sample plus i had stool samples he says i'm fine its been about 1 month since i seen him i am still having thin stools no more black for at least 4 months i have gas but not that bad i work out regularly my stool is normal brown color should i be worried
