Many cases of colon cancer have no symptoms. The following symptoms may indicate colon cancer:

Abdominal pain and tenderness in the lower abdomen
Blood in the stool
Diarrhea, constipation, or other change in bowel habits
Narrow stools
Weight loss with no known reason

Don’t be panic if you have any these symptoms which I mentioned above please consult doctor for a better advice.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Such kind of central abdominal pain could be due to UTI, cystitis (bladder infection), trapped wind or intestinal gas, constipation, anxiety or kidney stones. Given your history of proteins in urine kidney causes should be ruled out. Investigations like blood tests (CBC, ESR), urine test, x ray, ultrasound or CT/MRI scan can be required to rule out the diagnosis. You may also need a colonoscopy to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
